Profile

As a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I help people feel better by restoring balance with a personalized whole-person approach by finding the root cause of your symptoms. In other words, I’m not just addressing how to remedy signs and symptoms, but I’m looking at why the signs and symptoms are there. At Functional Healing ~ The Mind Body Connection, I help empower and educate you about the missing pieces in your health and healing journey; that through functional nutrition, the mind-body connection, and lifestyle modifications you find your optimal health; and that you are in control of your own health and it’s up to you to take charge of your own life so that you could live your best life! In other words… To be the CEO of your own health!
