Profile

At Scotty’s Country Kitchen, we pride ourselves on our quality pies and pastries— always amazing, always homemade. Founded in 1987 by newlyweds Scott Thornton and Laura Soons, our bakery has become a Hudson Valley staple. Our baked goods are not only made of real stuff, they are delicious. We at Scotty’s prioritize simple ingredients, like homegrown apples and cider from Soons’ Orchards and local fruits and vegetables – as well as fresh rhubarb from our own kitchen gardens.
